As a school grounded in progressive education, we: *engage students as active participants in their learning and in society; *support teachers' voices as experienced practitioners and growth as lifelong learners; *promote diversity, equity and justice in our school and society; and *welcome families and community allies as partners in the education of our students.

We are looking for candidates who:

1) Have experience (or interest in) working in a teaching environment as state above,

2) Have experience (or interest in) implementing project-based learning, differentiated instruction and the workshop model,

3) Are comfortable working with others and communicating with families and community members,

4) Value social, environmental and economic sustainability as pillars of a more equitable world.
